About The Happy Donut

Unfortunately not, our donuts are best eaten on the day and therefore cannot be posted. However, we have a range of vegan postal goodies which are equally delicious including, vegan brownies, rocky roads and cookies. 

Our donuts are Vegan, but unfortunately we do not have Gluten Free products. 

Unfortunately not. Being a small team of two and having newly opened our shop, we simply do not have the capacity to continuer delivering on a regular basis. You can still pre-order for collections  to ensure that we don’t sell-out before you visit the shop. 

Although our products are vegan, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur. Some of the toppings that we use may have been subject to cross contamination during production (oreo, lotus etc).

Gluten, Soya and Nuts (certain flavours only). If you have allergy, please send us an email before ordering. 

Of course, please leave the message in the "chef notes" section for local deliveries. Please also include the name of the recipient and your name so that we know who the if from.

All postal boxes are sent on Tuesdays with Royal Mail 24 Tracked and should be with you within 2 days. If you're looking for an alternative shipping date, please send us an email to hello@thehappydonut.co.uk

We send all postal orders out via a next day delivery service. However, sometimes they may get delayed. We cannot take any responsibility for lost or delayed parcels. If you have any queries regarding your postal box order, please send an email over to us.
